Currently we are working with the airlines such as MU, CV. we are responsible for booking,terminal handling, delivering, documentation, follow-up, pre-alerting the customers and overseas partners. As per our experience, enabling some customers to know where the shipment is and what is going on with it is far more important than only dealing with the rate. Usually we directly communicate with the carriers regarding the handling and price for a shipment which is oversized, overweight, requires special attention & care during the transit.
Facing various Chinese Customs & Quarantine regulations are really complicated for shippers, even for the forwarders, to understand, It seems that the handling of import shipments documents to China is more difficult and complicated than exporting shipments. We have spent lots of time studying the relative Chinese Customs & Quarantine regulations. This will enable us to avoid or solve some possible problems before they occur.
For any shipment from / to China, the consignee who registered in Chinese Customs can declare / clear the customs, otherwise they have to find a foreign trade agency who have such qualification to deal with the issues of customs instead of them.
