In March 2017, Security and Professional Training of CRSCA Chengdu Branch-Beyond Automotive Logistics was successfully held

Just as an old saying goes, it is necessary to have effective tools to do a good job . To put it simply, sharpening your axe will not delay your job of cutting wood. Today we were lucky enough to participate in the Security and Professional Training of CRSCA Chengdu Branch and benefited a lot from the guidance of the leaders of CRSCA and teachers.

The employees involved in the training of our division are mainly security officers, drivers for loading, and bundling workers, who are fighting in the forefront. Security and profession related experience mentioned by the two teachers are what we need to make efforts to learn and apply to practice. Thanks for the splendid explanation of the teachers.

More efforts should be made in the improvement of professional qualification. What cannot be ignored are the security problems in the process of production. Our division persists in applying the “people-oriented and safety first” policy. Li Weiyi, general manager of the Business Department of CRSCA Chengdu Branch, emphasized the safety problems today.

Li put forward some suggestions on big challenges related to safe operation and strictly demanded that we should supervise on safety production. Besides, he put special emphasis on such issues as cutting off the electricity before loading in operation stations, switching on after loading and deployment of loading

At the end of the conference, all the frontline employees who took part in the training finished the test for training effect.

After the training, leaders of our division discussed with those of CRSCA and trainers on security procedures.

The training came to a successful conclusion. Grateful to the leaders of CARSCA Chengdu Branch    and teachers for their splendid, practical training. We will continue to think about what we have learned in this training and devote ourselves to exploration in order to create an operation group with professional qualification and security rules kept in mind, expecting to challenge ourselves and achieve greater breakthroughs for CRSCA.
